TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Weather conditions and force majeure:

The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rain is not a valid reason to cancel the tour.

In case of a storm warning, when marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea, a refund or rescheduling will be offered.

2. Restrictions for group sea tours:

Participation in group sea tours is not recommended for people over 70 years old.

People with physical limitations or serious health conditions are not allowed to join group sea tours.

Pregnant women are not permitted on group sea tours, regardless of the stage of pregnancy. If pregnancy is disclosed at the pier, the tour fee is non-refundable and the return transfer must be arranged at the guest’s own expense.

3. Cancellation and no-show policy:

Free rescheduling is available if requested at least 24 hours before the tour start time.

For flight tours or private programs, a 100% cancellation fee applies with no refunds.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 500 THB cancellation fee.

No-shows are charged the full tour price.

For partially paid tours, the remaining balance must be paid on-site if the guest does not show up (cash on tour).

Refunds for one-day tours are only possible with a medical certificate from a hospital (per person) submitted before 16:00 on the tour day.

For two-day tours, a 50% refund is available with a hospital-issued medical certificate (per person) submitted before 16:00 on the tour day.

Please note: a regular sick leave slip is NOT accepted for cancellations of Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tours. A 100% penalty applies.

For 2-day Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tours, booking closes 3 days prior at 14:00. Cancellations after this deadline are subject to a 100% penalty.
