TOUR CONDITIONS

1. Weather Conditions & Force Majeure:

The tour program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, tide levels or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not considered a reason to cancel the tour.
If the marine authorities issue a storm warning and prohibit small boats from going out to sea, a full refund or date change will be offered.

2. Restrictions for Group Marine Tours:

Participation in group marine tours is not recommended for guests over 70 years old.
Guests with physical limitations or serious health conditions are not allowed to join group marine tours.
Pregnant women are not permitted on group marine tours, regardless of the pregnancy stage. If pregnancy is reported at the pier, the payment is non-refundable and the return transfer must be arranged at the guest’s own expense.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Free date change is available if requested at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
For flight tours and private programs, cancellation is non-refundable (100% charge applies).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of regular tours are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are subject to a 500 THB service fee.
No-show is charged at 100% of the tour price.
If a partial payment was made and the guest does not show up, the remaining balance must be paid on site (cash on tour).
A refund for a missed one-day tour is possible only upon submission of a hospital medical certificate (for each guest) before 16:00 on the tour date.
For two-day tours, a 50% refund is possible with a hospital medical certificate provided before 16:00 on the tour date.
A medical leave certificate is not accepted for Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tours. Cancellation fee is 100% in all cases.
For the Khao Sok + Cheow Lan 2-day program, bookings close 3 days before the tour at 14:00. Any cancellation after this time is charged at 100%.

We went on excursions to Phi Phi Island, Maya Bay, Bamboo Island, and Rang Yai | Comfort. Overall, we liked everything: beautiful views, azure water, magnificent beaches. Great team! But there were a few minor shortcomings. 1. Nowhere was it mentioned that we needed to bring coral shoes. 2. We stopped at Monkey Island for a couple of minutes to look from afar, we couldn't even take normal photos (this should be indicated in the program). 3. As for fishing, well, it's not fishing) we cast a couple of times and ran out of bait. But overall, everything was fine. Thanks to our guide Roman! He told us everything in detail and explained everything.

An excellent tour. Thank you to the organizers and our guide Konstantin. It was August 22. Bad weather and heavy rain preceded our departure. But choosing a catamaran was a real lifesaver. We reached our destination comfortably, quickly, and without seasickness. Plus, we left early. Konstantin told us a lot of interesting information about the islands. And everything was organized down to the smallest detail—drinks, fruit. Coral slippers, masks, and towels were also provided. The company also warned us in advance, at the booking stage, that Maya Bay would be closed until September 30. I definitely recommend this company for excursions.

Pros: - We had a smooth ride, as the waves are big during the off-season. This may be a disadvantage for many. - Very beautiful islands. Cons: - Most of the tour is spent traveling. The stops are short ( - Except for one stop - swimming everywhere in life jackets (and I wouldn't call it swimming, more like dumplings in a pot). - There were no stops on two islands. Monkey Island - because the monkeys are wild and can bite. Maya Bay - because it is closed. I don't think sailing 20 meters from the island can be considered a visit. This should be highlighted in the tour or the information should be corrected. There was no information about the closed island, about the fact that swimming is only allowed in life jackets, and about the fact that you cannot go ashore to the monkeys. And when booking, the operator did not mention these details either; we found out about them during the briefing.

We went on an excursion with two children (aged 2 and 4). We were very satisfied. The timing was perfect for children. The transfer to the hotel arrived on time. The catamaran is comfortable, doesn't rock, and is very fast. Water and juice are offered on board. There are children's life jackets and swimming masks. You can dive from the upper deck. We liked the guides' work.
