EXCURSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure:

The program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances;
Rain is not a valid reason for tour cancellation;
In case of a storm warning when the marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea, a refund or rescheduling to another date will be provided;

2. Restrictions for Group Sea Excursions:

Persons over 70 years old are not recommended to participate in group sea excursions;
People with physical disabilities or serious medical conditions are not allowed to participate in group sea excursions;
Pregnant women are not allowed to join group sea excursions, regardless of the pregnancy stage. If pregnancy is disclosed at the departure pier, the payment is non-refundable, and the guest must cover their own return transfer;

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Free date changes are allowed if notified at least 24 hours before the tour start time;
For flight tours and private programs, 100% cancellation fee applies (non-refundable);
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable;
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are subject to a fee of 500 THB;
No-shows will be charged the full tour price;
If partial payment was made and the guest does not show up, the remaining balance must be paid on-site (cash on tour);
Refunds for missing a one-day tour are possible only with a hospital medical certificate (for each person) provided before 4:00 PM on the day of the tour;
For two-day tours, a 50% refund is possible with a hospital certificate (for each person) provided before 4:00 PM on the tour day;
Please note: a standard sick leave document is not valid for cancellation of Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tours — a 100% cancellation fee applies in all cases;
For the two-day Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour, booking closes 3 days before the tour date at 2:00 PM. Cancellations made after that time incur a 100% fee;

A very punctual driver who arrived to pick us up right on time. The tour included five stops on the islands. We really enjoyed the service provided throughout the tour. We also had a very good lunch and were treated to tasty snacks throughout the day.
