EXCURSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Weather conditions and force majeure:

The tour program may be changed due to weather conditions, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances;
Rain is not a reason for tour cancellation;
In case of a storm warning when the marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea, a refund or rescheduling of the tour will be provided;

2. Restrictions for group sea excursions:

Persons over 70 years old are not recommended to participate in group sea excursions;
People with physical disabilities or serious illnesses are not allowed to join group sea excursions;
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in group sea excursions regardless of pregnancy term. If pregnancy information is provided at the departure pier, the payment for the tour is non-refundable. In this case, the return transfer must be paid by the tourist.

3. Cancellation and no-show conditions:

Free rescheduling is possible if notified at least 24 hours before the tour starts;
For air tours and private programs, the payment is non-refundable (100%);
Cancellation of other tours less than 24 hours before the start of the program is non-refundable;
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the program, a fee of 500 THB applies;
In case of a no-show, the full tour price will be charged;
If the tour is partially paid and the tourist does not show up, the remaining balance must be paid on-site (cash on tour);
Refunds for missing a one-day tour are possible only upon presentation of a hospital medical certificate (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour;
In case of missing a two-day tour, a 50% refund is possible upon presentation of a hospital medical certificate (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour;
Note: A medical certificate is not considered a valid reason for canceling the Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour. In any case, a 100% cancellation fee applies;
For the two-day Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour, booking closes 3 days before the tour date at 14:00. Cancellation after booking closes results in a 100% penalty;
