EXCURSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Weather conditions and force majeure:

The tour program may be changed due to weather conditions, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances;
Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour;
In case of a storm warning when the marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea, a refund or rescheduling to another date is provided;

2. Restrictions for group sea excursions:

Persons over 70 years old are not recommended to participate in group sea excursions;
People with physical disabilities or serious health conditions are not allowed to join group sea excursions;
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in group sea excursions, regardless of the stage of pregnancy. If pregnancy information is provided at the departure pier, the tour fee is non-refundable. In this case, the return transfer must be paid by the tourist personally.

3. Cancellation and no-show policy:

Free rescheduling is possible if notified at least 24 hours before the start of the program;
In case of cancellation of air tours or private programs, the payment is non-refundable (100% penalty);
Cancellation of other tours less than 24 hours before the start of the program is non-refundable;
For cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of the tour, a 500 THB fee applies;
In case of no-show, the full tour cost will be charged;
If partial payment was made and the tourist fails to show up, the remaining balance must be paid on site (cash on tour);
A refund for a missed one-day tour is possible only with a medical certificate from a hospital (for each person) provided before 16:00 on the day of the tour;
For a missed two-day tour, a 50% refund is possible if a hospital certificate is provided (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour;
Please note: a regular sick leave note is not a valid reason for canceling the Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour; a 100% cancellation fee applies in all cases;
For the two-day Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour, booking closes 3 days before the tour date at 14:00. Cancellation after that incurs a 100% penalty;

We went on a quad bike tour in Phuket. It was my first time riding one, and I loved it. The tour lasted an hour and a half, we were in a separate group, rode fast, and visited the Big Buddha only from the side (from behind), as the area has been closed since 2024, but the observation deck where we were taken offered gorgeous views. Many reviews said that the routes were not very interesting and there were no views. But in fact, you drive through the jungle, though not very wild, with sharp turns, hills, and adrenaline. From the company's side, everything was great, they solved all the problems, everything was done quickly, 100% customer-oriented, humane, and friendly. I wish you prosperity! Thank you very much!
