TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure:

The tour program may be changed due to weather, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour.
If a storm warning is issued and the marine police prohibit small boats from going to sea, a refund or reschedule will be provided.

2. Restrictions for Group Sea Tours:

Persons over 70 years old are not recommended to participate in group sea tours.
Persons with physical limitations or serious medical conditions are not allowed to join group sea tours.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in group sea tours, regardless of the pregnancy term. If pregnancy is disclosed at the pier, the tour is non-refundable. Return transfer must be paid by the guest.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Free rescheduling is possible if notified at least 24 hours before the start of the tour.
For flight tours and private programs, cancellation incurs a 100% penalty.
Cancelling any tour less than 24 hours in advance is non-refundable.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour start will incur a 500 THB fee.
No-shows will be charged the full tour cost.
In case of partial payment and no-show, the tourist must pay the remaining amount on-site (cash on tour).
Refund for missed one-day tour is only possible upon submission of a hospital medical certificate (for each person) before 4:00 PM on the day of the tour.
For two-day tours, a 50% refund is possible upon submission of a hospital medical certificate (for each person) before 4:00 PM on the day of the tour.
Tour bookings close 24 hours in advance, at 2:00 PM. Cancellation after the cut-off time will incur a 100% penalty.
