TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Weather Conditions & Force Majeure

The tour program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, tides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rain alone is not considered a reason for tour cancellation.
In case of a storm warning when the marine police prohibit small boats from operating, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule the tour to another available date.

2. Restrictions for Group Sea Tours

Participation is not recommended for guests over 70 years old.
Guests with physical disabilities or serious medical conditions are not permitted to join group sea excursions.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in group sea tours at any stage of pregnancy. If pregnancy is disclosed at the departure pier, the tour fee is non-refundable, and return transfer must be paid by the guest.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Free tour date rescheduling is available if requested at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellations of flight tours and private programs are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour, a service fee of 500 THB applies.
In case of a no-show, the full tour price will be charged.
If the ticket was partially paid and the guest does not show up, the remaining balance must be paid on-site (cash on tour).
Refund for a no-show on a one-day tour is possible only with a hospital-issued medical certificate (for each participant), submitted before 16:00 on the tour day.
For a two-day tour, a 50% refund may be granted with a hospital medical certificate submitted before 16:00 on the tour day (for each participant).
Please note: a sick leave certificate is not accepted as a valid reason for cancellation of the Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour. A 100% cancellation fee applies in all cases.
For the two-day Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tour, booking closes 3 days before the tour date at 14:00. Cancellations after booking closure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
